Momportunities: Become The Local Avon Lady
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there is nothing wrong with direct sales if you find the right opportunity for you! With that said, I would like to open up your eyes to the world of Avon.
I haven’t met one person who doesn’t know what Avon is. The brand is widespread and the products are known for quality. Unlike many other opportunities, they don’t require their representatives to have inventory on hand.
Unfortunately the Avon website does not list the cost of becoming a representative, however they do mention briefly on their How Do I Start information page that this opportunity doesn’t cost much more than the price of lipstick. However my lipstick tends to cost only $4, I’m cheap. So the actual cost will depend on the lipstick they are comparing the price to. 
Do you think you are right for Avon? Well, that depends on how you feel about their product. You should never sell what you don’t feel passionate about. If you use Avon products and you’re looking to try out a direct sales opportunity, then I think you should give it a try. If you like a product, it won’t be hard for you to promote it.
