Yesterday I mentioned 4 Google services that can be used to help ease the costs of running a business. Each service comes with its own set of benefits. While some businesses won’t need one service, another might depend on it completely.

To continue from where we left off, here are some more Google services that you can use to save money in your business:

• Picasa
Writers, photographers, graphic designers, and many other other forms of business have one thing in common: The need for a place to save or backup important images. Picasa is Googles answer to Flickr. You can upload your photos or graphics for storage or sharing. Where it can be obvious as to why a photographer might find Picasa beneficial, that doesn’t mean any other business form will not need a place to save their photos for storage.
• Reader
One of the easiest way to keeping your biz on top is by staying in the loop. Google’s web-based feed reader can help you organize your news feeds as well as any personal feeds that you might enjoy reading. Think of it as a free newspaper, online, linking together everything you want to know.
• Sites
Although there are a lot of other freebie resources out there, Google does have an advantage over the competition since they are more popular. Although this is not an alternative to what a professional web builder could do, this is a nice option for the individual getting started.
• SketchUp
If you think your idea looks good on paper, why not take it into the 3rd Dimension? SketchUp is the free way to get that done.
